At Bear Lake-RV, we have established the following general campground guidelines to help ensure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines will be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

Bear Lake-RV assumes no responsibility or liability for the safety or security of guests/visitors and their personal property. Bear Lake-RV is not liable for any damage to or loss of personal possessions, vehicles, equipment, or other property; or injuries to any occupants or visitors while at our RV Park. Bear Lake-RV reserves the right to seek reimbursement for harm to or destruction of Bear Lake-RV property. Guests may be required to leave for failure to comply with RV parking rules, or any other activity deemed not in the best interest of Bear Lake-RV. Guests who refuse to leave as directed will be reported to law enforcement. In addition to any other reimbursements, fees, or charges that may apply, Guests who are required to leave will be charged the daily fee for the current day, and if their reservation includes the following day, they will be charged the daily fee for the following day.

It is impossible to have rules and regulations covering every contingency and situation and we reserve the right to update these rules and regulations at any time and without prior notice. Guests have the responsibility to inquire into any policy that may not be published in these rules and regulations. The absence of a particular policy from these published rules and regulations is not grounds for the granting of an exception.

For daily guests, all utilities, including Wi-Fi, power, sewage, and water will be included as part of the cost per space and are available for use after payment. Guests are responsible for hooking up all utilities.

Check out time is 11:00 AM. Failure to depart the space by 1:00 PM will incur a ½ day additional fee. Failure to depart space by 4:00 PM will incur a full day additional fee.

Prices are subject to change. Taxes are additional. A copy of your driver’s license will be kept on file. Bear Lake-RV reserves the right to charge all such reimbursements, fees, or charges to the Guest’s credit card or debit card, even if damage is discovered only after the Guest’s departure.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

The speed limit is 5 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!
One space is available per RV. All vehicles, RV, and trailers must fit in one space. No vehicles are allowed on the grass. Over-hanging must be approved. Two (2) vehicles, other than the RV, per space is allowed. All vehicles, RV, and trailer must have current License Plate and Tags; Trip Permits are not accepted. All RVs must be in “Like New” condition. No vehicle maintenance may be performed onsite without permission from Bear Lake-RV. Park staff are not allowed to work on RVs belonging to guests.
All visitors must check in. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am daily. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times. No loud or unruly conduct.
Awnings are allowed only for one (1) space. Pop-ups are allowed. Tents are not allowed. No excessive storage is allowed. Personal items outside the RV must always be kept tidy and within the assigned space. Clotheslines are not permitted.
No generators; please use the 20/30/50-amp service.
Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.
Fireworks are not permitted at any time.
Unruly conduct, loud, obnoxious, or lewd behavior, public intoxication, or profanity will result in your removal from the RV Park, at the sole discretion of Bear Lake-RV.
Brandishing, open display, or use of firearms of any type, including but not limited to BB guns, air guns, and/ or paintball guns is not allowed on property.
Any damage or destruction of Bear Lake-RV property will be reported to law enforcement and the guest will be required to leave the property.
Call 911 for emergencies. Please notify our Staff immediately if you witness any criminal or suspicious activity. Local law enforcement and Staff actively patrol the RV parking. Those who violate Utah State law or federal law shall be subject to sanction, including but not limited to criminal prosecution. Unlawful possession or use of controlled substances (drugs) is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
Trash: please dispose of trash properly in the dumpsters and trashcans provided.
Pets: Bear Lake-RV reserves the right to limit the number, size and types of pets allowed in the RV Park. No vicious or aggressive animals are allowed. No excessively loud animals are allowed. Pets must be housed inside your RV, and must be kept on a leash not longer than six (6) feet in length at any time they are outside the RV. Please clean up immediately after your pet by discarding solid bio waste properly. Grass areas will be available adjacent to each space. Pets are not allowed in any resort buildings. They cannot be left outside. Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms. They are prohibited due to health codes. There is a 5$ fine for NOT cleaning up after pets.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited by city ordinance in all indoor spaces, including bathrooms and showers.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT REFUND. BEAR LAKE-RV RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD TO OR AMEND RV RESORT POLICIES AT ANY TIME. ANY REFUSAL TO FOLLOW POLICIES OR LAWS MAY RESULT IN GUESTS BEING REQUIRED TO LEAVE.

Camping check-in time is after 12 noon but before dark; check-out time is 11 a.m.

IMPORTANT:  Please be aware that for the safety of your RV, our property, and out of consideration for other guests, we cannot park you in the campground after dark.  Our deadline to check in will be the specified time of sunset for that day.  If you arrive after the deadline no refund will be given should you arrive after dark.

CANCELLATIONS: Our cancelation policy for a single reservation is 48 hours.  However, please give us as much advance notice as possible in consideration to other guests wanting a site. If you cancel less than 48 hours or do not show up without canceling, your credit card will be charged for the first night of all sites reserved under your name.  To cancel your reservation, please visit: %view_booking_link%  or  %cancellation_details%
All refunds on cancellations will be less the 3% processing fee.

Only two vehicles allowed per registered camper.  This includes any ATV-type vehicle.  A $10 fee per vehicle per day will be charged for any vehicle/ATV/boats, etc over the allotment.  To avoid additional costs, your ATVs should be on the trailer any time they are in the campground.  They can be unloaded and ridden out, but reloaded upon return.  Because of our limited space, everything must all fit on your site.  Please plan accordingly.

While pets are welcome in the campground, they are not allowed in the cabins.  Pets must be on a leash or in a kennel when outside; they cannot run loose.  Pets cannot be left unattended outside; someone must be with them.  Please clean up after them by bagging their waste and throwing it in a garbage can.  Barking is an issue.

Please make all members of your party aware of these policies.

No Shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation will be considered a no show and subject to the same cancellation policies.
